Exceptional Professional Agents - I have been renting through Hughes for over 2 years and have been very happy with the professionalism and accurate description given and services and responses received. I have had inspections every 6 months and all certificates are constantly up to date. The only problem I have ever encountered with Hughes was through a short lived member of staff called Rosie who I found to be a complete ignorant unfeeling woman full of self importance who spoke down to people and showed just how unprofessional and basically uneducated and ignorant she was, which in turn was casting a Very bad light on Hughes so I was very relieved when I heard she had gone!!! and the normal Happy friendly service resumed. Thankyou!!! would highly recommend Hughes to Landlords and tenants alike as a caring honest agent.

Absolutely brilliant service from Hughes, had problems with boiler and electrics and sorted out straight away. No delays just got it sorted... really appreciated it as we have a young baby.
